Who We Are
Savanna Land Developers is a division of a grouping of entities that includes the National Housing Provision Trust founded in 2007 and Platinum Homes. The NHPT is a registered Trust whose core business is to develop residential stands for its memberships. The Trust is a membership grouping comprising civil servants and corporate employees that seek to consolidate their resources towards current and future projects.
The increasing complexity of the technical expertise of the development process has generated the need for a dynamic project team. Savanna Land Developers was founded initially as a technical arm of the grouping to offer town planning, surveying and civil engineering expertise. Since then the division has grown from strength to strength.
Savanna Land Developers is a Zimbabwean registered and domiciled entity operating in the housing development services arena, and its core business is the provision of housing infrastructure. This is achieved through carrying out its main functions of town planning, surveying and civil engineering. The Company seeks to support government initiative to alleviate housing shortages in the country through strategic partnerships with owners of land be they Private or Local Authorities. The company is a national developer which have done many projects under the sister company Platinum Homes. To date the company has 4 Branches and numerous projects at various stages of the project cycle.
Savanna has expanded its activities to incorporate solar energy solutions. We have ventured into the installation of solar systems in new or even old developments. We aim to transform the energy sector by promoting renewable sources of energy.
We continuously seek interested parties and/investors to partner with, in delivering current and any upcoming projects both in Land Development and energy sector.

Mission Statement
To deliver decent and affordable residential accommodation to every low income citizen throughout Zimbabwe. This will be achieved through:
- Pooling membership financial resources together through monthly subscriptions / membership fees.
- Lobby and Advocacy activities at National / Provincial / Local levels to achieve favourable policy, programs, laws and by laws for low income housing delivery.
- Smart partnerships with Local Authorities and private land owners.
- Coordinating the activities of land development professionals and Contractors
