• Pooling membership financial resources through monthly subscriptions and membership contributions

• Lobbying and advocacy at national, provincial, and local levels to promote favourable housing policies, programmes, laws, and by-laws

• Establishing smart partnerships with local authorities and private landowners

• Coordinating the activities of land development professionals and contractors to ensure efficient project delivery
